Thermoplastic Formwork Composite Panels
Introduction
Compolyx Ultra is a sandwich structural panel, sandwiched between two layers of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite laminates, and a core of light long glass fiber reinforced PP composite.

Due to the continuous and aligned fibers in the laminates, Compolyx Ultra is lightweight with high strength, and impact resistant properties. The sandwich structure yields the desired high material stiffness with a low weight per unit area, which is the best materials choice for light-weight formwork.
Advantages
Compolyx Ultra possesses high rigidity with a low weight per unit area, is weather-resistant and does not rot, remains resistant to impacts even at low temperatures, is insensitive to the effects of moisture and dimensionally stable, doesn’t swell or gain in weight, resistant to all the chemicals encountered on construction sites and achieves a high quality of concrete surface.
- Long service life
- Excellent concrete surface quality
- Easy to cut, drill, mill, nail
- Scratch-resistant, no splintering
- Easy to clean, repair
- Recyclable
- Moisture-resistant, durable, rigidity
